Kick Fit
Kick Fit (Kick Boxercise) adds value to your work out by using explosive techniques derived from martial arts. With these extra techniques and combinations using you'll keep coming back for more.
Not only will you have a hard core work out, gain leaner muscle, increase cardio endurance and eliminate stress but you will learn and develop valuable skills while having great fun doing it.

Mum & Baby Outdoor cross training for parents and baby in a push chair.
Find it hard to work out as don't have child care, or don't want to leave your little one?
Buggy Beat is a class for all levels encouraging mums and guardians back into fitness with their little ones. A place for parents and carers to socialise and get fit in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The workouts include resistance bands, floor work, dynamic and cardio working to the abilities of the group.
You will be in great hands as Clare is pre & post natal qualified to ensure you work at pace and do exercises that are right for you. All participant's will need to get in touch and complete medical and consent form first to ensure your fit and ready to exercise.
