Hi, I’m Clare
A level 4 specialist personal trainer and group fitness instructor based in Jersey, Channel Islands. Alongside personal training I work at Active Referral where I specialise in helping clients with rehabilitation, mental and physical health. Working with people of all ages and abilities has proved to be really rewarding and has given me valuable experience. I also teach various classes including TRX, Pilates, Boxing and Kit fit . I love to incorporate some of these techniques into personal training sessions depending on each client’s needs and abilities.
As a personal trainer, I believe in the deep connection between regular exercise and mental health. I’m an advocate for using varied, functional and fun exercises to improve all aspects of our lives and to support fitness and weight loss goals.
